In instances where the Registrar of Record has requested copies of the FOA, the Gaining Registrar must fulfill the Registrar of Records request (including providing the attendant supporting documentation) within five (5) calendar days.
Further the Gaining Registrar also assumes the burden for ensuring that the entity making the request is indeed authorized to do so.
