GAF Plan any bonus, deferred compensation, incentive compensation, savings, stock purchase, pension, profit sharing or retirement plan, or any similar plan, program or arrangement, whether formal or informal and whether legally binding or not, maintained or contributed to by any member of the GAF Group.
