GAAP EBIT definition

GAAP EBIT means, with respect to any Person, for any period, earnings of such Person before interest and taxes and shall equal the sum of (a) net income for such period, plus (b) Interest Expense for such period, plus (c) income tax expense deducted in determining net income for such period, all of which shall be determined in accordance with GAAP.
