GA Service definition

GA Service means the products and services that are ordered by Customer under an Order Form (as defined in the MSA), governed by a separate Main Services Agreement (“MSA”) between SFDC and Customer and made available online by SFDC, including associated SFDC offline or mobile components, as described in the Documentation. “GA Services” exclude Non-GA Services and/or Non-GA Software, Content and Non-SFDC Applications.

Examples of GA Service in a sentence

  • Access to and use of Content and Non-SFDC Applications shall be governed by the applicable sections of the Customer’s MSA for the corresponding GA Service and any applicable Documentation.

  • The Partnership may terminate any specific G&A Service upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Green Plains.

  • In such case, that separate agreement will govern Your access to Our other online services or generally available version of the GA Service, but will not govern Your access to the Free Trial Service, and this Agreement will govern Your access to the Free Trial Service but not Your access to Our other online services or any generally available versions of the GA Service.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect until the earlier of (a) one year after the Effective Date, or (b) the commencement of any general availability of the GA Service.

  • Beginning on the Closing Date, the Buyer Entities shall, or shall cause a Partnership Entity to, pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ each month for G&A Services (the "G&A Service Fee") an amount equal to $2,898,913 (which amount represents the sum of the monthly service fees for each of the separate categories of G&A Services set forth on Schedule "A" hereto), subject to Article VII of the New Omnibus Agreement.

  • When Customer’s right to use a Non-GA Service ends, if Customer continues using a Covered Service as a GA Service, SFDC’s return and deletion of Personal Data processed by the Covered Services shall be in accordance with the procedures and timeframes specified in the Security, Privacy and Architecture Documentation for the related GA Service.

  • If a GA Service is announced that replaces a Beta Service and Customer desires to acquire a license to access and use that GA Service, then Customer must acquire access to that GA Service under the then-current subscription service terms with FBO or its appropriate subsidiary or affiliate.

  • In such case, that separate agreement will govern Customer’s access to the other SFDC online services or generally available version of the GA Service, but will not govern Customer’s access to the Non-GA Service.

  • On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each month, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide to the Buyer one or more written invoices (collectively, the "Monthly Invoice"), setting out the total amount due ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for (A) G&A Service Fee, (B) the cost of O&M Expenses provided in the immediately preceding month, (C) the Employee Lease Payment and (D) the cost of any Additional Services provided in the immediately preceding month, subject, if applicable, to the final proviso of Section 4(a) above.

  • This Agreement will govern Customer’s access to the Non-GA Service but not Customer’s access to other SFDC online services or any generally available versions of the GA Service.
