FY 2015-16 definition

FY 2015-16 means "Fiscal Year 2015-16." The state operates on a fiscal year that runs from July 1 to June 30 (versus a calendar year of January 1 to December 31), and this contract is for funding from Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 – but programming would start from the date of the contract approval (expected in May or June of 2016) through June 30, 2017.
