FXTM definition

FXTM means FT Global Limited operating under the FXTM brand (available at www.forextime.com) and licensed by IFSC.
FXTM or “the Company” shall mean Exinity Limited, registered in Republic of Mauritius.

  • FXTM reserves the right to consolidate the Balances of your Trading Accounts and keep your funds as long as necessary to close your Open Positions and cover any expenses FXTM occurs as listed in Clause 20.5.

  • Subject to the right of FXTM to void or close any Transaction in the specific circumstances set out the Operative Agreements, any Transaction following such inaccuracy or mistake shall nonetheless remain valid and binding in all respects on both FXTM and the Client.
