FXIP definition

FXIP means the Foreign Exchange International Payments service issued by AEII and used by the Amex Client.
FXIP means the Foreign Exchange International Payments services and products issued by AEII Australia and used by the Amex Client, including Telegraphic Transfers, Forward Exchange Contracts and/or AccessLine®.

Examples of FXIP in a sentence

  • Use of the FXIP Service is restricted to those Authorised Users (“Users”) designated by Company during their registration process and the Company must ensure that all Users comply with these terms and conditions.

  • Clause 3(b) and 3(c) of these terms and conditions do not apply for Charges on the FXIP Service but continue to apply for all other Charges on the Card.

  • The Company is solely liable for all Charges on the FXIP Service which authorised Users complete on the registered Card.

  • In the event of any determination hereunder of the requisite percentage or the principal amount of any Notes of more than one currency, all such Notes which are issued in Euros shall, for the purposes of determining any such requisite percentage or principal amount, be deemed to have been converted into Dollars as of the end of the immediately preceding Business Day as indicated on screen FXIP of Bloomberg (or such other screen that may replace screen FXIP).

  • We may also require you to use additional Security Measures to access and use FXIP Online from time to time.
