FXD definition

FXD or “FIX Drop Copy Port” means a messaging interface that provides a copy of real-time trade execution, trade correction and trade cancellation information to FIX Drop Copy Port users who subscribe to the service. FXD Port users are those users who are designated by an EEM to receive the information and the information is restricted for use by the EEM only.
FXD has the meaning given to it in Appendix 1 (Annual Franchise Payments) to Schedule 8.1 (Franchise Payments);
FXD means the figure shown in respect of the relevant Franchisee Year in column 2 of the table set out in the Appendix (Figures for Calculation of Annual Franchise Payments) to this Schedule 8.2;

FXD means the Exchange Rate on the Valuation Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent;
