FX Trading definition

FX Trading means the trading or exchange of currencies or FX Instruments, regardless of the manner in which such trading occurs or is undertaken, or a decision to withhold bids and offers with respect to FX Instruments.
FX Trading means the trading of FX Instruments and FX Exchange-Traded Instruments, regardless of the manner in which such trading occurs or is undertaken, or a decision to withhold bids and offers with respect to FX Instruments or FX Exchange-Traded Instruments.
FX Trading and “FX Trades” means the trading or exchange of currencies or FX Instruments, regardless of the manner in which such trading occurs or is undertaken, or a decision to withhold bids and offers with respect to FX Instruments.

  • Unless otherwise defined in this FX Trading Supplement, defined terms have the same meaning as set forth in Client’s New Account Agreement.

  • In the event that any provision of this FX Trading Supplement conflicts or is inconsistent with any provision of Client’s New Account Agreement, this FX Trading Supplement shall control for matters related to this FX Trading Supplement.

  • Failure of Interbank FX, LLC to make such margin call on the account in these circumstances shall in no way limit FX Trading, LLC's right under the Customer Agreement with respect to under margined accounts, including, without limitation, the rights conferred on it by the provisions of Section 6 thereof.

  • The Client, or an Authorised User may issue trading instructions to VBTRADETECH FX by using the VBTRADETECH FX Trading Platform via a desktop computer or a mobile device.
