FX Line definition

FX Line means the foreign exchange line (if any) made available pursuant to the Facility Letter.
FX Line is Guidance Facility Contract or Guidance Facility Contracts in an aggregate amount of up to One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) outstanding at any time.
