FWS Permit definition

FWS Permit means and refer to that certain the final Habitat Conservation Plan (“HCP”) and Incidental Take Permit issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (the “FWS”) in connection with the development of the Properties, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and is incorporated by reference.
