FW Restaurant definition

FW Restaurant means any restaurant owned and operated by OJFG or one of its subsidiaries from time to time that uses the FW Rights in connection with the operation of its business from time to time, and any restaurant operated by an FW Franchisee or other sub-licensee of OJFG or one of its subsidiaries that uses the FW Rights in connection with the operation of its business.
