FVS definition

FVS means Fundação de Vigilância ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, the foundation for health surveillance, established pursuant to Borrower’s Decree No. 2895 of June 3, 2004.

Examples of FVS in a sentence

  • During the Vesting Period and until expiration of the FVS Holding Period with respect to the First Vested Shares, the Restricted Shares may not be transferred or encumbered by the Recipient by means of sale, assignment, mortgage, transfer, exchange, pledge, or otherwise.

  • There will be a maximum of the four (4) employees allowed off on FVS per shift (two (2) in Fire Suppression and two (2) in EMS, and one (1) additional FVS per year per paramedic), with the exception of holidays or the day before or after a holiday.

  • For the FVS equipment specifically identified as Locker units, the parties understand that the Customer may utilize the check in and checkout features for goods not distributed by Fastenal.

  • The FVS will be reflected in the appointment/reappointment letter.

  • Fastenal retains the right to terminate and remove the FVS equipment from Customer site, at Fastenal’s sole discretion and without liability.

  • Customer may terminate this Agreement if Fastenal does not timely service the FVS equipment, including the replenishment of products.
