China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;
Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.
Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.
HK$ Hong Kong dollars, the lawful currency of Hong Kong;
Motorway means a road specially designed and built for motor traffic, which does not serve properties bordering on it, and which:

Korea means the Republic of Korea.
PRC means the People’s Republic of China, but solely for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region and the islands of Taiwan.
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Chile means the Republic of Chile.
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
HKMA means the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
Spain means the Kingdom of Spain.
Tourism means economic activity resulting from tourists, which may include sales of overnight lodging, meals, tours, gifts, or souvenirs.
foreshore , in relation to a port, means the area between the high-water mark and the low-water mark relating to that port;
the Gazette means the Botswana Government Gazette;
Parade means any procession or body of pedestrians, except members of the Armed Forces, numbering more than 30, standing, marching or walking on any street or sidewalk, or any group of vehicles numbering ten or more, except funeral processions, standing or moving on any street;
Indigenous Peoples means, a social group of people with a distinct social and cultural identity that makes them vulnerable to being disadvantaged in the development process, including the presence in varying degrees of the following characteristics: (i) a close attachment to ancestral territories and to the natural resources in these areas; (ii) self-identification and identification by others as members of a distinct cultural group; (iii) an indigenous language, often different from the national language; (iv) presence of customary social and political institutions; and (v) primarily subsistence-oriented production.
