Futures Contract Option definition

Futures Contract Option means an option with respect to a Futures Contract.

Securities held in the Book-Entry System or a Depository shall be deemed to have been deposited in, or withdrawn from, a Margin Account upon the Custodian's effecting an appropriate entry in its books and records. 17. "Money Market Security" shall mean all instruments and obligations commonly known as a money market instruments, where the purchase and sale of such securities normally requires settlement in federal funds on the same day as such purchase or sale, including, without limitation, certain Reverse Repurchase Agreements, debt obligations issued or guaranteed as to interest and/or principal by the government of the United States or agencies or instrumentalities thereof, any tax, bond or revenue anticipation note issued by any state or municipal government or public authority, commercial paper, certificates of deposit and bankers' acceptances, repurchase agreements with respect to Securities and bank time deposits. 18.
