Future Transferring Employees definition

Future Transferring Employees those employees of the Provider and/or the Provider’s Sub-Contractors to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Service Transfer Date;
Future Transferring Employees means those employees of the Contractor who are at the Future Transfer Date employed under a contract of service or apprenticeship or otherwise in the relevant part of the undertaking which transfers on the termination or expiry of this Contract pursuant to TUPE or the Acquired Rights Directive 187/77/EC or otherwise to any Successor Contractor;
Future Transferring Employees those employees of the College and/or the College’s Sub-Contractors to whom the Employment Regulations will apply on the Service Transfer Date;

More Definitions of Future Transferring Employees

Future Transferring Employees means any employee of SEV who is wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Maintenance Services immediately prior to the Termination Date and whose employment is liable to transfer to DCL and/or any Replacement Supplier pursuant to Clauses 19 or 20 (as the case may be).

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Bona fide employee means a person, employed by a bidder and subject to the bidder's supervision and control as to time, place, and manner of performance, who neither exerts, nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain contracts nor holds out as being able to obtain any contract(s) through improper influence.
