Future Schedule definition
Future Schedule means any applicable schedule describing changes, additions or deletions to the Services, Specifications, Prices or other relevant information as may be appended to the Agreement from time-to-time after the Effective Date by the written mutual agreement of the Parties;

Any changes to the scope of work as identified in the Project Plan, Schedules or Future Schedule must be agreed to in writing via a signed Change Order.
If a required modification to the Project Plan, Schedules or Future Schedule is identified by Kolltan, or by Lonza, the identifying Party will notify the other Party in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
