Future Royalties definition
Future Royalties means and includes any license fees, royalties or other consideration which (i) may become payable by Merz to Borrower deriving from the licensing or distribution of Products for the indications of dementia and/or neuropathic pain pursuant to the License Agreement; or (ii) are payable to Borrower by any other person, firm, corporation or other entity in consideration for the sale or licensing of rights in or to any of the other products or technologies of Borrower.
