Debenture Redemption definition

Debenture Redemption means the redemption of the Debentures in accordance with the terms of the Debentures in the absence of a Debenture Conversion.

Examples of Debenture Redemption in a sentence

  • On each Debenture Redemption Date and on the maturity of the Debentures, the Trust shall be required to redeem a Like Amount of Trust Securities at the Redemption Price.

  • On each Debenture Redemption Date and on the stated maturity of the Debentures the Trust shall be required to redeem a Like Amount of Trust Securities at the Redemption Price.

  • On (i) each Debenture Redemption Date; (ii) the accelerated maturity of the Debentures; or (iii) the stated maturity of the Debentures the Trust shall be required to redeem a Like Amount of Trust Securities at the Redemption Price.

  • The Company shall submit to the Trustee a certificate duly certified by the statutory auditors certifying that the Company has transferred suitable sum to the Debenture Redemption Reserve and/or the Debenture Redemption Deposit/Fund at the end of each of financial year as per the Applicable Law.

  • The Company hereby agrees and undertakes that, if during the currency of these presents, any further guidelines are formulated (or modified or revised) by any Governmental Authority in respect of creation of Debenture Redemption Reserve and investment of the monies lying therein, the Company shall duly abide by such guidelines and execute all such supplemental letters, agreements and deeds of modifications as may be required by the Debenture Holders or the Debenture Trustee.

  • On each Debenture Redemption Date and on the stated maturity of the [Subordinated] Debentures, the Trust will be required to redeem a Like Amount of Trust Securities at the Redemption Price.

  • If the Corporation determines to liquidate, dissolve or wind-up its business and affairs, or effect any Deemed Liquidation Event, the Corporation shall redeem the Debentures at the Debenture Redemption Price (plus the premium for early redemption pursuant to Section 5(b) hereof if applicable).

  • On each Debenture Redemption Date and on the stated maturity of the Debentures, the Trust will be required to redeem a Like Amount of Trust Securities at the Redemption Price.
