Future Land Use Element definition

Future Land Use Element. Means to that section of either the City’s or the County’s Comprehensive Plan, which includes all of the requirements of Section 163.3177(6)(a), Florida Statutes (2003), as the same may be amended or renumbered from time to time.
Future Land Use Element means that portion of a local comprehensive plan prepared pursuant to Section 163.3177(6)(a), F.S., and Rule 9J-5.006, F.A.C.

  • County Directions – FLUE Policy 2.1-g: The County shall use the County Directions in the Introduction of the Future Land Use Element to guide decisions to update the Future Land Use Atlas, provide for a distribution of future land uses in the unincorporated area that will accommodate the future population of Palm Beach County, and provide an adequate amount of conveniently located facilities and services while maintaining the diversity of lifestyles in the County.

  • Lots that touch point-to-point, and lots which are separated by waterways, streets, or major easements are not considered contiguous.; or• Flexible Location – Mixed-use development patterns identified in the Future Land Use Element (e.g. LCC, TMD, TND) or Commercial Low-Office future land use designations may be allowed in any location along all arterial or collector roads.

  • The remaining designations are either synonymous to, or are modifications of, existing designations with the Plan's Future Land Use Element.

  • The goal of the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan (Goal 1A) is to establish a defined pattern of land use guiding the provisions of public facilities and providing predictability in managing development.

  • All contributed to the generation of the long-term planning directions, which provide the basis for the Goals, Objectives and Policies of the Future Land Use Element.

  • Land use plan means a plan prepared under former 1921 PA 207, former 1943 PA 184, or a site plan under the Michigan zoning enabling act, 2006 PA 110, MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.
