Future Land definition

Future Land means the contiguous land connectable with the Land admeasuring a total of one hundred and sixty seven (167) acres in the district of Ernakulam comprised in survey numbers as per Annexure “A/2” of Kakkanad Village, Ernakulam District more particularly earmarked in yellow on the map of the site contained in Annexure "A/1" attached to and forming a part of this Agreement, with the survey numbers marked therein presently being acquired under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

  • Some provisions relevant to public schools may remain in the Future Land Use Element or other elements as may be appropriate.

  • The boundary of the site shall not abut lands designated industrial or mining on the adopted Future Land Use map.

  • The Project is designated ROR (Retail Office Residential), RES-6 (Residential - 6 du/ga), and RES-3 (Residential - 3 du/ga) under the Future Land Use Map in the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan.

  • The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use (FLU) Map classifications for the Project are RES-3 (Residential - 3 du/ga) and ROR (Retail/Office/Residential).

  • This Agreement shall not prevent the City from adopting Future Land Use Regulations or amending the Existing Land Use Regulations which are uniform codes and are based on recommendations of a multi-state professional organization and become applicable throughout the City, such as, but not limited to, the Uniform Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or Fire Codes.

  • This Agreement shall not prevent the City from adopting Future Land Use Regulations respecting public health and safety to be applicable throughout the City that directly result from findings by the City that failure to adopt such Future Land Use Regulations would result in a condition injurious or detrimental to the public health and safety, and that such Future General Regulations are the only reasonable means to correct or avoid such injurious or detrimental condition.
