Future Guarantors definition

Future Guarantors. All future subsidiaries of the Borrower or National, who are legally permitted to do so, shall be required to become guarantors of the Loan pursuant to documentation satisfactory to the Bank in all respects. The Borrower or National, as applicable, shall be required to pledge to the Bank all of their stock and other interests in any such new guarantor, pursuant to documentation satisfactory to the Bank.
