Future Financial Statements means the consolidated statement of operations of the Surviving Corporation for each of the First Performance Year and the Second Performance Year, prepared in accordance with this Agreement and GAAP applied consistently (to the extent permissible under GAAP) with the 2005 Statement of Operations.
