Future Earnings definition

Future Earnings means the annual gross amount earned or to be earned by Debtor from any source during any period from and after expiration or termination of the Player Contract, but not beyond, the fifth (5th) anniversary of the entry of the Confirmation Order including, without limitation, pursuant to any Future Player Contract.

  • In the event that Future Annual Earnings for a Future Earnings Period equal or exceed Base Earnings, Purchaser shall pay to Seller the scheduled Holdback Payment.

  • In the event that Future Annual Earnings for any Future Earnings Period are less than the Base Earnings but the Future Average Earnings up to and including such Future Earnings Period are equal to or greater than the Base Earnings, the scheduled Holdback Payment with respect to such Future Earnings Period and any previous Future Earnings Periods for which Seller did not receive a Holdback Payment shall be made.
