FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ZONE definition

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ZONE may consist of a partly residential and partly commercial Tower(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “FUTURE DEVELOPMENT”) fitted with one or more of the facilities such as, residential apartments, retail, offices, hotel, serviced apartments, club, banquets, restaurants, lounge bar, sporting and/or leisure facilities, guest houses, time share units, spa and fitness center and entertainment facilities etc. as may be permitted under the law (s). The Future Development will be treated as a separate Phase for the purpose this Act. It is however, clarified that Promoter may further divide Future Development into different phases and may register is each of them as a separate project under the Act.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ZONE. Out of the Complex Land a clearly demarcated land area admeasuring 0.32 Acres, as depicted and demarcated in GREEN border on the the map/plan of the Complex Land annexed hereto and marked as “Plan-B”) (“Utsang Future Development Zone Land”, has been earmarked and identified by the Promoter for the purpose of developing real estate project(s) in the near future, having one or more multi-storied tower(s) comprising constructed spaces meant for residential or commercial or both or semi commercial use along with one or more facilities as well as common areas, parts, portions, utilities, facilities, amenities and installations dedicated to and intended for use in common by the allottees of such Utsang Future Development Zone Land in the manner and at the time as may be decided by the Owner and Promoter and approved by the concerned authority (ies).
