Future Data definition

Future Data means the geophysical data within the geographical area described in the applicable Supplemental Agreement attached hereto and made part hereof, regardless of the form or medium on which it is displayed, and which Millennium either (i) owns or will own or (ii) has or will have the right to grant use licenses; provided, however, for purposes of this Agreement, the term "Future Data" shall not include any such geophysical data which constitutes Existing Data. The data shall be delineated by line number and/or program name and approximate mileage (or square mileage) and includes related supporting documentation including survey data, surveyor's notes, driller's notes and observer's notes.

  • Each Party or its applicable Affiliate shall become a member of a Delaware limited liability company that will own and operate the Future Data Center in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (each, a “Future Data Center LLC”).

Related to Future Data

  • Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Billing Information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mortgage loan account, or debit card.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
