Further Services definition

Further Services means a service or component of the Application not originally set out in Schedule B but which iCognition has agreed to provide the Client pursuant to a Proposal accepted by the Client in pursuance of clause 5. VAT has the meaning given to it under the United Kingdom's Value Added Tax Act 1994. Information Security Manual means the Australian Government Information Security Manual.
Further Services any consultancy, project management, data migration or import from other systems operated by the Customer, or similar additional services that the Customer requests and the Supplier at its discretion agrees to supply; Initial Term: the term of five years from the Commencement Date; Intellectual Property: copyright, rights in software, trademarks, design rights, patents, know-how, confidential information, rights in inventions, processes and formulae, and all and any other intellectual property rights subsisting anywhere in the world, including all applications for the same;
