Further Audit means an environmental audit of the Lands and Premises performed by the Consultant on behalf of the Landlord and the Tenant at the Tenant's expense to determine the existence, nature and extent of any Additional Pollution and to determine what Remedial Action if any is necessary with respect to any Additional Pollution and to determine the cost of remediating that Additional Pollution;

Examples of Further Audit in a sentence

  • The Further Audit shall be conducted no later than one month after the date of the Audit Certificate.
