Fur Collar. Fabric – Base: Consoltex majestic Supplex Brite Nylon, plainweave; Content: 100% Tactel Nylon, 4.0 oz/Sq.yd; Fur: 1/2” Orlon Plush Pile. Design: The collar shall be made using Tactel Nylon on all outside, non-fur operations. It shall be interlined with Black 75% poly/25% cotton twill. The collar shall be constructed to be used as a detachable option. Buttons: The collar shall be attached to a jacket collar with three melamine buttons on the underside and three melamine buttons on the outside. Tab: The collar shall have a tab 4” in length and two melamine buttons to hold the collar in position during inclement weather. Size Tag: The collar shall be marked with sizing information. Finishing: All loose threads shall be removed. Warranty: One (1) year against workmanship or fabric defects.
