FUNDS DISBURSEMENT definition
FUNDS DISBURSEMENT means the Authority’s Funds Disbursement Website, which can be found at https://www.pvportal.state.pa.us/pvloginportal/login.aspx, through which the Funding Recipient will submit all requests for payment and change orders, and track and manage the Project’s budget.
