Fundn definition
Fundn means, in respect of such Relevant Common Scheduled Trading Day, the Net Asset Value of the Fund on such Common Scheduled Trading Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent (or, following replacement of a Fund by a Replacement Index, the Closing Level of such Replacement Index, without prejudice to the Calculation Agent's discretion to make any adjustments to these terms and conditions pursuant to paragraph 6.4 of this Annex with effect from the Substitution Date, particularly where the Calculation Agent replaces a Fund with a Replacement Index Basket);
