Examples of Funding and Allocation Request in a sentence

  • Each Funding and Allocation Request including a request for an Advance shall include a representation that all conditions precedent for a funding have been met, including a representation by the Borrower that on the Funds Allocation Date the requested Advance will not exceed the Maximum Available Advance.
