Funded Asset definition

Funded Asset means an Asset purchased wholly or partly with any Funding and includes an Asset purchased to replace such an Asset;
Funded Asset means Network Infrastructure on a Site, as specified in Schedule 8 and varied from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Funded Asset means those assets, both tangible and intangible to be purchased by SITA SC (or the applicable SITA Group Company) and funded by Equant. “Funded Assets” means all such assets collectively.

  • Any proceeds or other amount that may be paid to You under a policy of insurance described in clauses 20.1(a)(ii) or (iii) must be applied by You towards the repair or replacement of the Funded Asset, except to the extent that We may otherwise require You to pay that amount to Us in payment of any amount owing to Us by You under clause 20.1(d).

  • Upon receipt of the Net Available Proceeds relating to a Total Loss of a Funded Asset, and in any event within 365 days of the occurrence of such Total Loss, or if longer, the period set forth in the applicable Portfolio Document, the Borrower shall prepay an amount equal to the Mandatory Prepayment Amount on the date as determined pursuant to section 8.01(c)(i) of the Security Agreement.

  • If the Funded Asset is an intangible asset, all rights, title and interest in and to such intangible asset (including without limitation, as applicable, copyrights, inventions (whether patentable or not), licences, trade secrets and the like) shall pass to Equant at that time.
