Fund Record definition

Fund Record means a schedule under this regulation containing an accurate record of the relevant background to the creation of the Fund, the terms and any administrative provisions devised by the Council for the operation of the Fund according to its terms.
Fund Record. UNIT A Fund record unit value is computed by multiplying the net return factors VALUE -- SEPARATE ACCOUNT: for the current Valuation Period by the Fund record unit value for the previous Period. The dollar value of Fund record units, Separate Account assets, and Variable Annuity payments may go up or down due to investment gain or loss.
Fund Record. A Fund record unit value is computed by Unit Value: multiplying the net return factor (See 3.05) for the current Valuation Date by the Fund record unit value for the previous Valuation Date. The dollar value of a Fund record unit, Separate Account assets, and Variable Annuity payments may go up or down due to investment gain or loss.

Examples of Fund Record in a sentence

  • Any transfer taxes payable upon issuance of Acquiring Fund Shares in a name other than the name of the Acquired Fund Record Holder on the books of the Acquiring Fund as of the Closing Date shall, as a condition of such issuance and transfer, be paid by the person to whom such Acquiring Fund Shares are to be issued and transferred.

  • No redemption or repurchase of any Acquiring Fund Shares credited to Acquired Fund Record Holders in respect of the Acquired Fund Shares represented by unsurrendered stock certificates shall be permitted until such certificates have been surrendered to the Custodian for cancellation.

  • The Company guarantees that on a series' Maturity Date, if the value of each GET Fund Record Unit then outstanding in that series is less than the value of that Record Unit at a date specified before the Allocation Period began, such date being the beginning of the Guaranteed Period, it will transfer to the Separate Account, from its General Account, any amount necessary to bring that Record Unit value to the guaranteed level.

  • This Guarantee does not apply to GET Fund Record Unit values withdrawn or transferred before the Maturity Date.

  • Fund On the Maturity Date of each Aetna GET Fund series, Guarantee: the GET Fund Record Unit Value for that series will not be less than the GET Fund Record Unit Value determined at the beginning of the Guaranteed Period.

Related to Fund Record

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Interest Funds With respect to each Mortgage Group and any Payment Date, (a) the sum of, without duplication, (1) all interest collected (other than the interest portion of Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Due Period by the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus, (x) to the extent provided under Sections 4.02(e)(3) and (4) and Sections 5.08(i) and (ii) herein, previously unreimbursed Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances due to the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor master servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (y) the Servicing Administration Fee and Master Servicing Fee with respect to such Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group and (z) any fees and expenses of any Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group to the extent not paid by the Seller or its Affiliates, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments or payments in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 with respect to the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (3) the portion of any Purchase Price or Substitution Amount paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) such Mortgage Group’s pro rata share of: (i) the Owner Trustee Fee, (ii) any costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable or otherwise due to the Master Servicer, Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee, any Custodian, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Administrator to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and any Custodial Agreement and (iii) any Net Swap Payment.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.
