Fund Portion definition

Fund Portion means, on any date, an amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the Principal of the Loan on such date, exclusive of that portion of the Principal of the Loan that is allocable to the NJDEP Loan Origination Fee, which NJDEP Loan Origination Fee shall be financed exclusively from the I-Bank Portion.
Fund Portion means, on any date, an amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the Principal of the Loan on such date, which Fund Portion is expected to be refinanced on the Maturity Date from proceeds of a loan to be made to the Borrower by the State, acting by and through the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

  • Fund Share means the share, unit, or other evidence of ownership in a Permissible Investment.

  • Fund Value means the separate account assets associated with the Variable Annuity Business.

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Class B-2 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • NET INVESTMENT FACTOR The Net Investment Factor is an index applied to measure the investment performance of a Subaccount from one Valuation Period to the next. The Net Investment Factor for any Subaccount for any Valuation Period is determined by dividing (1) by (2) and subtracting (3) from the result, where:

  • Class B Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.

  • Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of the amounts, calculated as follows, with respect to all Outstanding Mortgage Loans of such Loan Group: the product of (i) the PO Percentage for each such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the remainder of (A) the Cut-off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan minus (B) the sum of (x) all amounts in respect of principal received in respect of such Mortgage Loan (including, without limitation, amounts received as Monthly Payments, Periodic Advances, Principal Prepayments, Liquidation Proceeds and Substitution Adjustment Amounts) and distributed to Holders of the Certificates of the Related Group on such Distribution Date and all prior Distribution Dates and (y) the principal portion of any Realized Loss (other than a Debt Service Reduction) incurred on such Mortgage Loan from the Cut-off Date through the end of the month preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Gross Redemption Yield means a yield calculated in accordance with generally accepted market practice at such time, as advised to the Trustee by the Financial Adviser.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.
