Fund Option definition

Fund Option means an option granted pursuant to this Plan of Arrangement in exchange for an Option, entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Fund Unit for an exercise price per Fund Unit equal to the exercise price per Cinram Share under the exchanged Option;
Fund Option means each discrete bundle of rights the Participating Company grants to a Participant under this Plan to purchase a specified Fund, when Vested, at a specified Strike Price, subject to any conditions set forth in this Plan or in a Fund Option Agreement that applies to the Fund Option.
Fund Option means the different funds available for investment.

Examples of Fund Option in a sentence

  • Any Deferred Compensation and Company Deferral credits under this Section 1 which are allocable to the Investment Fund Option shall be credited as if the dollar amount of credits had been invested in the applicable fund at the published closing price of the applicable fund on the applicable Trading Day described in this Section 1.

Fund Option means any one of them;

Related to Fund Option

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Replacement Option has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Interest Option means LIBOR or the Reference Rate.

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Stock Reload Option means any option granted under Section 6.3, below, as a result of the payment of the exercise price of a Stock Option and/or the withholding tax related thereto in the form of Stock owned by the Holder or the withholding of Stock by the Company.

  • Phantom means a volume of material behaving in a manner similar to tissue with respect to the attenuation and scattering of radiation. This requires that both the atomic number (Z) and the density of the material be similar to that of tissue.

  • Purchase Right means an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Share Appreciation Right means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Award or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such Award or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such Award or such portion thereof.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.

  • Call Option Period has the meaning given to it in Condition 6.04 (Call Option);

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Discretionary Sale The meaning specified in Section 2.14(c).
