Fund Fees means the management, administrative, shareholder --------- services, 12b-1, back-end and other similar fees contractually due any of the Companies.   • The Total Fee includes investment management and administrative fees associated with investments in underlying funds (“Underlying Fund Fees").

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses” are not operating expenses.
