Fund custodians means the one or more firms

Examples of Fund custodians in a sentence

  • BRIL will reimburse Custody Transaction Costs to Fund custodians according to the amounts invoiced by such Fund custodians, which are expected to approximate the costs by Fund custodians in providing services in connection with transactions involving Creation Units of the Funds.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, BRIL will not be entitled to retain any Custody Transaction Costs other than as required to facilitate reimbursement of Custody Transaction Costs to Fund custodians.

  • If Sub-Adviser agrees to perform any of the services described in the preceding sentence, Investment Adviser shall instruct Fund custodians to forward to Sub-Adviser copies of all proxies and shareholder communications relating to Fund assets in a Fund.
