Functional Value definition

Functional Value means a wetland's ability or potential to provide one or more of the following:
Functional Value means the amount determined by multiplying the Generation Replacement Value for the Unit by the Functional Age.
Functional Value means the beneficial role streams and wetlands serve including, but not limited to, fish and wildlife habitat, ground water recharge/discharge, water quality protection, storm water storage, conveyance, floodwater and storm water retention, provision of erosion and sediment controls and recreation and aesthetic value.

Functional Value means the cost to repair or replace the "usable existing structure" at the time of loss with the lesser of:
Functional Value means the original cost of the property defined as the "Functional Property" (including but not limited to amounts recorded in Electric Plant in Service accounts, Completed Construction not Classified, Construction Work in Progress, Nuclear Fuel in Process and in Stock, and in the Reactor Vessel) less the associated Accumulated Deferred Income Taxes related to Allowance for Funds Used During Construction (provided the "Net AFUDC Method" is not being used), all appropriately depreciated and amortized according to the method used in the Insureds' respective FERC accounts. Other original costs, depreciated and amortized as described above, may be added to the above for materials and supplies on site, non utility property, leased property and acquisition adjustments related to the Functional Property, as mutually agreed by the Insurer and the Member Insured.
