Functional Skills definition

Functional Skills means Functional Skills for the purposes of the ESFA Rules;
Functional Skills means those skills which enable an individual to communicate, interact with others and to perform tasks which have practical utility and meaning at home, in the community or on the job;

Functional Skills means Functional Skills for the purposes of the DfE Funding Rules;
Functional Skills means Math’s and English at Level 2, which is a mandatory requirement of each Apprenticeship Framework in England.
