Functional Medicine means a systems biology-based approach that focuses on identifying and treating the root cause illness, injury or other health conditions.

  • This may include procedures and treatments such as acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, blood chemistry, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Functional Medicine testing, LENS Neurofeedback Therapy, Neuro Emotional Technique, Nutrition Response Testing, and Nutri-Spec Metabolic Testing or similar treatments.

  • We may share additional content through our Functional Medicine Collaboration and Mentorship Group portal.

  • ARA Integrative and Functional Medicine, P.C. does not and shall not have any obligation to review User Content, and therefore we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of User Content and we cannot assure you that harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise objectionable User Content will not appear on our System.

  • Functional Medicine Collaboration and Mentorship Group retains all right, title and interest in its intellectual property, including any rights of ownership or as a licensee in any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary rights (“Intellectual Property”).

  • As used in this Agreement, the term Services, shall mean a package of ongoing primary care and/or Functional Medicine services, both medical and non-medical, and certain amenities (collectively “Services”), which are offered by the Practice, and set forth in Appendix 1 and 2.

  • No claims, regardless of form, arising out of, or in any way connected to the Functional Medicine Collaboration and Mentorship Group and/or Participant’s participation therein may be brought by Participant more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued or the Participant’s participation in the Functional Medicine Collaboration and Mentorship Group has been completed or terminated, whichever is earlier.
