Functional Laws definition

Functional Laws means, together, the business registration law and the law on licenses, authorizations and permits.

Related to Functional Laws

  • national law means the law of the country where the registered office of the Issuer is established.

  • criminal laws means all criminal laws designated as such under domestic law irrespective of whether contained in the tax laws, the criminal code or other statutes.

  • Anticorruption Laws means the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended and any other anticorruption or anti-bribery Applicable Law applicable to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Personal Law means the law of inheritance and succession as applicable to the individual Unit Holder.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.
