Functional Director definition

Functional Director means and includes any heads of the Departments of the Bank who will be whole time officers of the Bank nominated by the Board of Directors;
Functional Director means a paid officer of the society or an officer of Government department or representative of central or apex society or such other bodies like Reserve Bank of India or National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development having relation with functioning of the registered society.
Functional Director means whole-time Director of the Company.1 "Month" means a calendar month.
