FUNCTIONAL DEFECT definition

FUNCTIONAL DEFECT means a defect in the Esuasive Software where the functionality of the Esuasive Software does not conform to the Functional Design;
FUNCTIONAL DEFECT. For this warranty, functional defect shall mean breakage or other problem that prevents the GLOBAL / GLOBAL 1.5 portable toilet from functioning in accordance with usual practices in the portable toilet industry.
FUNCTIONAL DEFECT. A lack of or an abnormality in something that is necessary for normal and proper functioning and operation, and, therefore, requires further evaluation and correction. • General home inspection: See "home inspection."

Related to FUNCTIONAL DEFECT

  • Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.

  • Document Defect As defined in Section 2.03(a).

  • Environmental Defect means, with respect to any given Asset, a material violation of Environmental Laws in effect as of the Effective Time in the jurisdiction in which such Asset is located.

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.

  • Nonconforming zoning condition means a physical improvement on a property that does not conform with current zoning standards.
