Functional capability definition

Functional capability means an individuals ability to perform certain activities taking into consideration factors such as mobility, communication, self-care, self- direction, work tolerance or work skills. Functional capability can be determined on the basis of an evaluation of rehabilitation potential.
Functional capability is defined to mean, in the context of this performance work statement (PWS), the ability to design, expand, create, modify, delete, integrate, store, access, categorize, visualize, document, test, verify, retrieve and implement source code for portraying classes, methods, entities, objects, behaviors, and processes in the CXXI military capability simulation environment. Some data is stored in databases for use by the CXXI model or to be archived through the SITS Library. The Contractor shall support and maintain all previously delivered CXXI/SITS related Task Order tasks and projects. A few of the current tools include, but are not limited to, SITS Core Components, Fires Tool, Library Tool, Import/Export, Behavior Editor, Scenario Configuration Management, Aerial Context Sensitive Search Tool, Maneuvers.
