Functional Agreement definition

Functional Agreement means an agreement between or among ColumbiaGrid and (i) one or more Members and (ii) Qualified Non-Member Parties, if any, who enter into such agreement, for the provision of services enumerated therein to carry out one or more purposes of ColumbiaGrid. Such services may include, for example, design and development of a contemplated function, as well as implementation of a function.
