Function Agreement definition

Function Agreement means the agreement between “The Hotel” and “The Client” for a specific booking or series of bookings. These Terms & Conditions will form part of the “Function Agreement”, together with any other items stated in the “Function Agreement”. We are delighted to hold a provisional booking for you for a maximum of 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed by the Hotel. During this time, should a further enquiry be received, we reserve the right to ask for immediate confirmation.

Examples of Function Agreement in a sentence

  • Use of this equipment must be requested when completing the Function Agreement.

  • Once the date has been reserved, a Function Agreement must be completed and returned to the Office of the Building at least two (2) business days prior to the event date.

  • All bookings are considered provisional until a Function Agreement has been signed by the Client or confirmation has been received on headed notepaper, via post, fax and /or email agreeing to the Function Agreement and its Terms and Conditions.
