  • Prior to initiating any activity under the Project which will benefit or affect an indigenous community, the Borrower shall obtain from Fundação Nacional do Índio - FUNAI, the Guarantor’s foundation which deals with indigenous peoples in Brazil: (a) an agreement to the carrying out of any such activity; and (b) a commitment to collaborate with the Borrower and such indigenous community in the carrying out of any such activity.
