Fumigation Services definition
Fumigation Services means the services provided or rendered by a person in relation to pest control and insect control includes the services of disinfecting and sterilizing of premises, buildings, factories and complexes, including commercial complexes, shopping complexes, office complexes, apartment or residential complexes, multiplexes, exhibition centers, residential units, commercial units, offices and commercial goods, but does not include the public health fumigation services provided or rendered by the Federal Government, Provincial Government, Local Government or Cantonment Board and the services in relation to agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and dairy farming;
Fumigation Services means fumigation and pest control services provided by the Company, as more particularly specified in the Company’s Offer, and may include i) fumigation of agricultural products on a ship, in a warehouse, silo or other premises, or in freight containers, ii) services relating to disinfection and pest control or iii) sale and delivery of fumigants and pest control-related products.

Cargo to be fumigated in ar- rangement with Alpha Fumigation Services Ltd and the AFS certificate of fumigation shall certify that there are no residues in greater levels than those prescribed in the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) Regulations 1999.
