Fulton definition

Fulton or “the County” means defendant Fulton County.

  • Any action brought by one party to this Charter against another party shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County.

  • Any action brought to assert any right or remedy pertaining to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.

  • Non-compliance by Contractor may result in the Contract being canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and Contractor may be declared ineligible for further Fulton County government contracts.

  • All services to be funded within this Contract for Services shall be performed within the limits of Fulton County, Georgia.

  • Fulton County reserves the right to terminate this Contract for Services immediately due to lack of funding.

  • Contractor further understands that failure to refund the contract funds will result in the Contractor being declared ineligible to receive Fulton County funding in the future or award of other Fulton County contracts.

  • The remedies set forth in this Section are cumulative and in addition to any and all other remedies available to Fulton at law or in equity.

  • Nothing contained herein shall prevent or delay Fulton from seeking, in any court of competent jurisdiction, specific performance or other equitable remedies in the event of any breach or intended breach by Executive of any of its obligations hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, Fulton County shall in no event be required to pay for services rendered before the beginning of the contract period or after the end of the contract period, or if an extension has been approved, the end date provided in the notification of approval as detailed in Paragraph III(E).

  • Fulton County may also terminate this Agreement for convenience by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor.
